What are the available modes of payment?

Currently, we are accepting credit and debit card payments through Moneris which seamlessly redirects you to a secure payment page during checkout. 


Do you ship order/s internationally?

Unfortunately, as of now, we do not ship order/s outside of Canada.

How do you ship orders?

We ship orders via Canada Post (expedited service is available upon request).

If you're not home when your order has arrived, it'll be available for pickup at your post office.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can with the tracking number we will provide to you; delivery status can be tracked on Canada Post's website.

I haven't received my order. Who can I contact?

You will be able to track the status of your order on Canada Post.

If you are unable to track your order, email us at contact@ddcguns.ca with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.


Really? I can buy a gun online?

In Canada, you can! As long as you provide all the necessary information that we then send to the Canadian Firearms Center which checks you out and approves your purchase. We won't ship your purchase until we don't hear from them and the RCMP.

Will my credit card be charged upon order checkout?

No, we won't charge you yet. We will review your order first. 

You will only be charged once we initiate the transfer with RCMP.

What if something I want to order is out of stock or only available for preorder?

If something you want to order is out of stock, fill up "Notify me when available" with your email address. We will send you a notification once it is already available.

If something you want to order is only available for preorder, you can still place an order. After your successful order checkout, you will be contacted immediately with an estimated delivery date of your order.

Note that we won't charge your credit/debit card yet until the product is ready to be shipped.

How do you ship firearm orders?

 All firearm orders must go expedited (ground) service.

Once we receive approval from the appropriate government body. (CFO, CFC, etc.), we ship firearm orders via Canada Post to your registered address, no exception.

If you're not home when your order has arrived, it'll be available for pickup at your post office.

My new gun looks like it was fired? Did you?

No. All the major manufacturers test fire their guns. They rarely clean them after test firing.


Can I return and have an exchange or refund?

It depends.

If you wish to return the item/s you ordered and request for an exchange, item/s must be unused and within 14 days after delivery. You can only exchange item/s for a different color, size, etc (depends on the availability). 

We will only grant you a refund when you received a defective or broken item/s — email us immediately at contact@ddcguns.ca with a photo of the item/s fresh out of the box (package). We will review and keep in touch with you for the next steps.

Who pays for the shipping cost, in the case of return?

You will pay for the shipping cost, in the case of return. But don't fret, we'll reimburse you.

Do you issue refunds on sale items?

No, sale items cannot be refunded/returned.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund in a form of discount equivalent to the purchase price of the item/s (shipping cost excluded).
